Terms of Service
Acceptance
By creating a Timsio account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using Timsio on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. We'll never ask for your password. Notify us immediately at security@timsio.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Don't use Timsio to violate the law, attack the service, abuse other users, or send spam. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current period. Refunds for unused time are not provided unless required by law.
Data ownership
You own your data. We'll never sell it, never use it to train models for other customers, and we provide full export at any time.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't commit to a contractual SLA on Starter or Plus plans. Pro plans receive a 99.9% monthly uptime target; shortfalls may credit your account per our SLA addendum (provided on request).
Termination
You can delete your account from settings at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms; we'll always tell you why and give you a chance to remedy where possible.
Liability
Timsio is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
India, with venue in [jurisdiction TBD]. Updates to these terms will be announced via in-app notice and email.
