Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever — up to 2 active projects, 5 clients, and 5 team members. No credit card needed to sign up.
Can my calendar data leak to other users?
No. Calendar data is strictly scoped to the user who connected the calendar — not even other members of your own org can see it. AI inference runs per-org, never across orgs.
Do you support time tracking offline?
Yes — the desktop companion app tracks time even when you're offline and syncs when you're back online. It's in beta on macOS; a Windows version isn't available yet.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes — your data is yours, and we never hold it hostage. On any plan you can export your full account data — time entries, invoices, clients, and projects — to take with you if you leave. (Exporting reports to CSV is a Plus and Pro feature.)
How does Timsio handle privacy with AI suggestions?
Plus-tier AI runs on-device (your meeting titles never leave your browser). Free uses simple rules, not AI. Only Pro's "Get an AI take" feature sends sanitised meeting context to our LLM provider — and only when you click the button.
