Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — annual plans save 20%. Pricing shown here is monthly for transparency. You'll see the annual option at checkout.
What counts as an "active project"?
Any project with the status "Active" in your org. Archived projects don't count toward the limit, and the data stays in place for reporting.
How do I get billed for additional users on Plus or Pro?
Per-user pricing is calculated daily and billed monthly. Add a user mid-month, you pay only for the days they're active.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes. Every new account starts on a 14-day Pro trial — full access to all Pro features, no credit card required. After 14 days, you keep your data and choose the plan that fits.
Do you offer non-profit / educational discounts?
